I've looked at it before and from memory the vast majority of performance rights that WBT have issued have no performance hurdles. Usually they give 25% of them following the AGM where they were first granted and then 6.25% per quarter over the next 3 years. I think Coby and Dadi have some performance rights that are tied to signing commercial agreements (but by no means the majority of their performance rights) but I'm pretty sure the others (particularly the Australian based directors) have no conditions.
