"Are different types of KPIs used for different types of employees?"

And i got this reply

"Weebit is a hi-tech company. Just like all other hi-tech companies, we know how important it is to align the interests of the employees with those of the shareholders, so we allocate options and performance rights to ALL employees, including the office manager and the most junior people. All employees have yearly targets and are measured by them. Thank you for the warm words – I really appreciate them and do not take your support for granted"

So, in other words, as we would expect in a well run company
- Enployees have a stake in the success of the company
- Employee KPIs depend on the role

I.m sure we can get more specific information if we want, but I think that clarifies that employee targets are not dependant on (a) company contracts (unless that is your job) or (b) share price

Which is all just standard stuff really.
