So, in other words, as we would expect in a well run company
- Enployees have a stake in the success of the company
- Employee KPIs depend on the role
I.m sure we can get more specific information if we want, but I think that clarifies that employee targets are not dependant on (a) company contracts (unless that is your job) or (b) share price
Which is all just standard stuff really.
