Conversely there's been an appeal hanging over the project that entire time.
Perhaps this appeal is exactly why the project is unable to get finance? I mean, DD team would see the appeal and I imagine that would stop them right then and there.
What is WWI doing to have this appeal dismissed? Perhaps the question nobody talks about but everyone should.
