    I think its a bit rough that they top up on shares when they have seen the shareprice decline by over an order of magnitude. Actually it was close to $2 and now its at 8 cents. A Directors jop is to maximise wealth for all shareholders, and they have failed in doing this. They are salary sacrificing as a reward for overseeing a massive destruction of shareholders wealth, just look at the decline below they have overseen. To add insult to injury, they are getting these shares at the cheapest they've ever been. They don't apologise for this performance, they don't say they will share the pain and take a reduced salary inline with the dismal performance, no they say they'll have less cash but top me up with shares at these lows. I'd say that is snouty to me.
