I'm not making anything up.
The SP has fallen from highs of near $2 to 8 cents.
They have converted at the 5dwa which is in relative terms at all time lows.
They weren't putting their hands up at any other time to convert shares when the price was 10 times higher.
Exactly what value have all these directors added to the companies performance - can you name some things that they have done that actually adds value? I can't.
