Between the 3 directors they have a total of 6,000,000 options to convert at 13 cents by THIS November. An extra $780,000.

This doesn't seem like an insignificant amount and will show considerable confidence if/when her converts. Currently these options are not 'in the money'.
He could let them expire and pay nothing. Will he want to get 5,000,000 more shares without going to the market....?
