yes i wish it was a performance based option, but not so sure they are restricted to performance only. They class these as unlisted options, and as part of an 'employee incentive plan'. The resale value they carry, without even meeting those targets, also makes me feel somewhat uneasy as this disincentivises the holder somewhat to strive for that only target. Not fantastic. What the hell are they up to.
