I'll wait for the math wizards to explain all this. To my untrained eye, it looks like Barnaby sold 48 million shares at 0.6 for $288,000, "off market." So he could turn around and buy $30,000 at the same price. I went back and looked at October 2024, when The Magnificent Three had options to buy millions of shares* at 0.6 cents and they were trading at 1.7 cents, and none of them exercised. I don't remember comments back then, on how they must have known what direction the share price was going.
*Lloyd 40 million, Warbler 30 million, Blum 20 million.
