A director selling shares at this point annoys me no end too. But we should assume, based on what we know, that it doesn't reflect the company's prospects. If he needs to sell shares then so be it - he is allowed to (though better communication and explanation would have been appreciated). It is counterproductive to blast him for it. And he has probably done a huge amount of work behind the scenes over the years that will end up making us wealthy. So let's move on.
