I guess there’s no particular reason for him to convert his options as soon as they vest as they’ll all automatically do so at the time of the commercial transaction... unless he is keen to start driving the share price up? If he converted them all (and doesn’t sell any of the resulting shares) then I would imagine that the market would react positively...
