Has all the hallmarks of classic suppression tactics. Hold the price down, accumulate as much as they can, let retail lose patience to gobble them up. Once they hit their target, this will be let off the leash. I have held a few stocks lately where this is the case. Especially when there is no capital raise needed anytime soon, it cancels out the argument that it’s held down for a lower capital raise starting point for the institutions to profit from.
