Seems strange thing to do..particularly in light of Ron Hawkes allowing his options (125,000 I think) to expire.......perhaps ATV have recently increased their chocolate biscuit budget for the directors meetings, and this funding will be directed towards that.
Win-win situation for Wally...he gets some shares (which have some future potential gain) and the biscuits (a more immediate gain - being in the waistline area).
Hardly think it's because they have increased their marketing budget...although it may get ATV another small newspaper ad buried in some local rag.
Interesting that no one has posted re any response from company to their queries, that had been mentioned in previous posts...probably because there hasn't been a response.
I guess Wally & co know best. Let's hope so.
