Ann: Change of Directors Interests x 2, page-2

Well the 2 new directors have had their fill of shares at a price many long term would want part of but were not offered in any form of written offer to existing long term that have stayed the company for years.

So they have their shares at low prices with options that couldn't fail for once but only them and other yet to be known but no not one long term holder received any formal offer to participate in said raise.

I have yet seen information as to if Adam Taylor received a invitation to purchase these shares or not.

So we have 3 board members 2 new and we should see some sort of Announcement regarding the direction we are heading due they steer the company not the CEO or the CFO their positions are not board positions.

So prior the AGM I am expecting some directional information from our board and signed off by our CEO who is employed to carry out the directions of the board and daily business of the company not direct the company.
The CFO is employed to do the bean counting nothing more he is not a policy maker nor does he run the company.

We will see prior to the AGM if our board can draft a directional Announcement telling shareholder past & now present where we are heading due the last 2 raises had directional information although they were not completed as per regarding drilling and such although never completed but cut short due no success shown in early drilling efforts.
I speak of MacCreek after the 1.5 cents raise stopped half way and then JE stopped half mast also.
We have seen no drilling at the phosphate area even if stated in the raises as works to proceed this was never actually acted on.
