I can setup the database and communicate via email to each shareholder. Would like some input from others on guidelines etc. Has anyone been involved with this type of thing before?

Have calculated that the 3 Directors own 19,421,083 shares between them. But would they hold there shares if they were offered well paid jobs with a Rio Tinto/Teck in the case of a buyout.

Hope to get some discussion around this, only my thoughts and relatively new to HC, although have been a long term accumulator of AZS.

If by working together and having a unified front we can gain the ear of the company and have better access to their thinking, then I'm all for it

How many shares we need to be taken seriously and whether we have enough between us, I'm not sure, but agree there's no harm in exploring options
