Surely there are complexities / blockers that is preventing the addition of CE on the TSE, hence the decision to duel list on the LSE "instead"? Surely, this would be on TSE if it was easy to do so. Well I assume that. Unless LSE was "preferred" due to the exposure to Hannam and Partners? But there would be more exposure on the TSE. I was happy with the duel listing but I must admit, the LSE took me be surprise....
If it was put down to a vote in a meeting, surely TSE would have trumped LSE.
