    perhaps not required , but I recommend that investors make themselves familiar with the ASX listing rules regarding back door listings.

    It can be a hazard. Even if its like for like regarding the business/asset

    I was involved in one company that had its mine fail , the ASX suspended it because it had "no activity" ( and a lump of cash ) and when it found another mine to buy , the ASX made it jump through hoops that it couldnt achieve. It never listed again and ultimately failed.
