When PVL's 88 million shares hit the market at 2c, the SP will plunge and PER will be right back here -- with PVL pocketing a profit for its shareholders. I understand PVL management's obligation is to their own shareholders, not PER shareholders, so they will do what they will do.

PER is trying to pick up the pieces and move forward.
The current management has laid out a credible road to recovery.
We need shareholders who share that vision and will support management.
Unfortunately, we seem to have attracted big players whose motives are unclear.
Hopefully, my worst fears are unfounded and PVL is in it for the long haul.
