I do agree that Lateral's drug candidate hasn't proven much. Furthermore, their team doesn't inspire confidence either. Seems amatuer that almost half of the staff and board are family.

With that said, I'm all ears to what they have to say and a bit of competitive tension for the current PER executive to keep their jobs is welcome. Lateral better come ready because a rejection from the public markets here will spell terrible news for their own future - Who would want to invest in a private company that has no liquidity when they can't even do a reverse takeover of PER?
