Yes you have a valid point there but that doesn’t change the fact that Dr. Voit made that statement after the results at the end of first trial. Based on what? Assumption, rumors? Can someone at his level make such a statement without proper clinical check or whatsoever? That is a total idiotic behavior misleading large numbers of people that invested millions $$$. For what we know this “mistake” could have been done in purpose therefore it could also be considered as some form of fraud. Have you thought about that or it is a really a science fiction theory?
