I agree re no rush to buy but having received notice on 2/1 they need to announce the meeting 21 days after receipt ie tomorrow. Thereafter that meeting to vote has to be held within another prescribed period - I think 21 (though stand to be corrected). Should be sorted by mid Feb one way or another.
