I can confirm that is PVL selling today, using their broker Finclear. PVL went outside its risk metrics to try and buy the PER control vote and needs to rightsize. I believe they have approx 55 million to sell, made some good progress today . Is what it is, totally expected, chance to buy stock at 0.09 ahead of the new drug and the large tax refund
