Adding this all up, safe to assume PVL has decided to right size its PER position rather than launch another pointless bid for control of PER. In that case PER is set to remain heavy for the foreseeable future, until 50 million shares trade using their broker Finclear . A new drug is still some time off , PER obviously can't negogiate in good faith until the board is secure , and that only happened last week...
