This year will be a good test if they can get sustainable growth no that the corporate issues are out of the way. But that concerns whether it should be $15m, $20 or $25m market cap. I think $10m is fair just on current performance. (5x EBITDA for a manufacturer - should do at least $2m EBITDA in FY15.)
