    Yeah, looks like there's some playing in the market for an unknown reason. Xindongz alluded to it in an earlier post which hinted at churning.
    How's this for a conspiracy theory...Not well Hung and co want to takeover WRR and have induced Mr 10%blocking shareholder to sell out and is trying to hold the price down so he can say offer is 100% over market price of 14 ..sounds better than 50% over 19.
