the other 75% was probably instos
Perennial and colonial had a deal with tpg to sell at $1.50 and $1.45 respectively
So they were always going to be sellers
Perennial has just sold about 10m
wonder if colonial has done the same
they still have about 10% of the company
about 90 m shares have been sold of the 478 m since the market got wind of tpg pulling out of the sale
so that'd be about 20% of the shares have changed hands
80% of shareholders are still holding
