i'd say that perenial thinks that tpg has walked otherwise why would they sell?
Obviously they are not going to wait around for a lower price, probably because they know one is not forthcoming.
I think you might have to hold this one long term to make any money on it
a few positive things on the macro front
retail sales are up in the US and the us dollar could strengthen against the A$
