re: Ann: Change of interests of substantial h... obviously the major holders are better informed than the mushrooms. Behind the scene's someone is waiting to launch a bid. Management are somehow tied into this . The business may have issues due to competition and government delays but the valuation of MLB wasnt overpriced to start with. If someone can strip $20-30m in costs in a merger and some asset sales then they not only get rid of a competitor but can increase their margins.
