OZL went unconditional as they are struggling to get to 50% and want to retain whatever they end up with. Not a bad thing if they end up as a major cornerstone shareholder in AVB. It means AVB is more likely to develop its projects. In the future they may have to offer substantially more if they want to take out the other big holders.
