Well, well, another day and another misleading piece of communication.

I did flag that given the on market trading a certain % of shares could have been sold off prior or withdrawn and got shot down.

The announcement is again misleading and OZL want your shares at any cost, therefore i believe rushed the unconditional offer through before 51% and most likely knowing the IAF was going to be also affected.

This has been such a trail of misleading and unprofessional conduct and i will have some more details shortly around applying to the takeovers panel regarding unreasonable circumstances into accepting into the bid and you will be able to present a case if you've held and also if you've sold.

I Cant imagine either those that held or those that sold being happy here and as i have always said on here do not trust anyone
