Look at DDR, they did an acquisition so the market wanted to wait 24 months for this to be bed down then it re rated.
MCP had some troubles and has cleaned house but it will take 12 more months for the market to be satisfied it is on the right path now so when that happens money floods back in. These instos have strict mandates.
