From my reading and understanding as long as a substantial holder does not hit that 1% mark they do not need to notify the market. There is no mention that I could find of continuous trading either buys or sells on a cumulative level that would trigger an f604 form and market notification. If this is incorrect, please point me to the relevant portion of asic regulations. If it is correct, it is entirely possible that trading may involve SP control. It is odd the number of sellers around the 11c mark, for so long and for so much. This constant activity has not occurred in other holdings of mine or in those I am watching.
