We could speculate about possible replacements, i honestly dont even know where to start, Telcos seem to have trouble finding good CEO's judging from Telstras history.
Perhaps Michael Simmons could be made permanent, but i get the impression he really excels at execution rather than strategy, maybe a CEO needs to be better at the latter ?
