I work in the industry and am familiar with some of the acquisitions they did. I wont say more on that as I don't need the drama in my life.
The problem they are going to have is they work in an extremely labor intensive industry with drastically rising wages. Then when you add on the regulatory overheads of being an asx listed company and the many layers of management. I don't see how they could possibly generate outsized value for its shareholders.
Btw Kaz Group tried to grow in the exact same way.... What ever happened to those guys? History repeats.
