Both Phill and mwilson make excellent points. The only area where I would differ would be a bid of 15cps from MGX. With the mine issues that mwilson has discussed, it would be a buyer's market. Paying $30m for the business which is a very very large premium seem a bit steep.
What HGO does reinforce, from an investing perspective, is the impact that the quality of management has on the business.
