There is no law against a registered address being in another state.
There is no law that says you cannot share a registered address with another company.
There is no law that says you cannot have a registered address similar or same as the company that Godolphin was spun out from.
A registered address can even be an accountants office or lawyer's office appointed by the company.
Legally, GRL has always been compliant with the law, It is preposterous that you could try to say differently.
I am more interested that the board do the right thing by managing finances effectively, I have no problem with them saving money while they are prioritising the core business activities, which they do.
Godolphin has always had a registered address, and they always will.
