A registered address can even be an accountants office or lawyer's office appointed by the company.
Legally, GRL has always been compliant with the law, It is preposterous that you could try to say differently.

I am more interested that the board do the right thing by managing finances effectively, I have no problem with them saving money while they are prioritising the core business activities, which they do.
Godolphin has always had a registered address, and they always will.

So you do not question what they have spent the money on as it was obviously not rent or leasing for offices.
Your not a bit curious what SHers money was spent on? Even though they hit the market for more money that was not spent on trivial things like offices. Wow.
