The merger court case provided fascinating insight to how TPG operated. Teoh had complete control, kept stategy and investment decisions in his head rather than formal documents and had final say on all decisions. Imagine going from an environment like this to a massive corporate bureaucracy like Vodafone. I imagine very frustrating.
