I used to sit next to Steve Banfield and Tony Moffatt's office many moons ago. They are both great guys and extremely smart operators. Tony and Shane being on the board are a defacto DT.
DT probably wants to start unloading shares at some point given he doesn't have complete control of the entity and equity markets are getting toppy.
I was surprised by this but at the same time it was always Teoh's to manage
