“Settlement and Release Deed” entered into between the Company and Mr Peter Landau signed in
September 2014.” Resolution 2
To consider and, if thought fit, to pass the following resolution as an ordinary resolution:
“That the Company releases on the Australian Securities Exchange announcements platform the
Loan Agreement entered into during December 2013 which provided Genorah Resources (Pty)
Limited (a related party of the Company) with a loan of $5,489,236.”
