    Can anyone explain further why this move or guess what it means?

    I assume it's a shell company style address? Or just a one of share registries?

    Is it the final step before bankruptcy proceedings - then TC's loan will give him priority access to all the IP rights, patents etc - Thus essentially the the new sole owner?
