Unless you or any shareholders had a majority holding it didn’t matter if you voted for or against consolidation, the decision was probably made before everyone voted, I do agree it has worked against the the share price, the directors said it would cease the volatility of share price but all we’ve seen is consistent decline and hence hasn’t done any positive change, further more was the misleading statement made by management involving institutional investors who have not been established or invested.
