I just hope Bahay is not setting up a warehouse for an e-shop delivering "tubes, hoses and fittings", lol. What do I know - I know nothing cause there is no information at all. The ignorance of the management borders the legal ramifications of a publicly traded company. They are hiring, they move to a much larger property and the shareholders have zero information - apart from a simple statement the company is "pleased" to do so.
At least this does not match a typical case of a stressed-out company, lol.
I just hope Bahay is not setting up a warehouse for an e-shop...
