Failing to understand why the company would be "pleased" to announce that its registered office and principle place of business have changed.
However, as a shareholder, I would have been pleased to hear this announcement, particularly if it related to a decrease in the cost of renting/hiring/leasing same. Why are we not informed of the reason for this change? Can management turn on the light please and let us also see what is going on here? Are we not the pockets management hands dive in to whenever they need more funds? Should we not be informed of decisions such as this?
