Correct. And Wall is a director of ZYB and therefore has a say in the direction of the company. As he has no shares in the company and appears to historically have used it purely as a revenue stream for his Steinpreis firm, one can only assume that he hasn't had ZYB as a priority for all the different acquisition opportunities that have come along over the last couple of years. If I was they key director, for example, of ZYB and OOK and one I had zero shares in and the other 16million I know which way I'd be directing the opportunities first. Anyway regardless, I doubt it would stay that way forever, eventually something is going to be acquired, you'd hope it's not another Zyber performer but a BRN type performer.
