I think.. they are 12 months behind as mentioned many times before. There is no unexpected news coming that could act as a catalyst for speculation. They seem to be producing and have enough cash to survive for now.

This situation coupled with Trump, Syria, weakening Steel industry/iron ore prices is not helping with sentiment.. which is pretty much the only thing that matters for penny stocks. Sell down has been low volume, buyers do not need to step up and happy to see how low it will go. Buyers are patient and in no rush to tie up capital but sellers are nervous and impatient to free up Capital..

You either have confidence in your research or not.. good luck to all.. would be interesting to see current top 20.
