I'm fairly sure that JBL in their capacity as investment manager are required to advise our new directors of the NTA. Remember that NTA announcements released by the former directors carry the disclaimer that they are indicative estimates and shouldn't be relied upon by any party. Apparently to them NTA means "Not Totally Accurate".
I think it's safe to say that our new directors will apply the "Not Totally Accurate" interpretation to whatever figure JBL provides, and the official NTA announcement will reflect this accordingly.
I'm fairly sure that JBL in their capacity as investment manager...
