    their eyes a reasonable update is 'we continue to work in shareholders' best interests but need more time' reasonable update by my standards we have failed to get a proposal that adequately delivers value and will now call an EGM to put forward to vote a resolution to distribute the LLL shares at the end of escrow and say $30m cash now....

    I bet my left and rights we don't get the later
