    From a high of $1.26 in 2010 and Martin Pyle gets to resign when at the time the share price is approx. $0.028, he obviously deserves a bonus.
    The board of directors need a very strong kick up the backside and should advise shareholders immediately or sooner how they intend to turn this companies fortunes around. After all, that's their job.
