Is the lack of communication strategic do you think? Just leave the SP and shareholders alone while you secure land? It would make sense from a negotiating point of view. If they scream from the rooftops the potential of the land and send the SP northbound, land owners will want more $$ per acre.
Just wonder if it's different to some of the typical companies on the ASX who are just genuinely bad at comms
