They never actually raised funds for the fracking, it was to pay staff , bills etc
Im sure "securing the funding" for the JH1 fracking will mean some type of deal / partnership with one of their " interested parties"
Although another CR wouldn't surprise me given their track record.
Good to see they have 100% WI across their leases and projects though, lets see if they learned anything from they past stuff ups.
